The Media Factory has a complete suite of professional-grade production gear. You can reserve cameras, microphones, lighting kits, laptop computers, editing and postproduction suites, and more. See our reservable inventory below.

Reserve Equipment

Please call us or use the webform if you're looking to request equipment. Your reservation will not be finalized until a Media Factory Staff Member confirms your reservation. 

Reservation Criteria

1. Equipment reservations are for Media Factory members only.

2. Members can only reserve gear for non-commercial video projects that can be shared on Media Factory channels. 

Reservation Policies

• Field Equipment: Up to 3 reservations per 30 days, not to exceed 4 days each

• Studio: 1 session per week, not to exceed 4 hours

• Editing: Up to 2 sessions per week, not to exceed 8 hours

• Dub Station: Up to 2 sessions per week, not to exceed 4 hours per session

• Public Computer: Up to 2 times per week, not to exceed 2 hours per session

      We are flexible! Fill out a Producer Proposal Form with any questions or to request extended reservations.

      Different levels of certification may be required for certain types of facility/gear reservations.
      Media Factory reserves the right to adjust reservation limitations according to inventory availability and user demand.
