The Summer Lull: Finding a Media Oasis in a Boredom Desert

Amid the humid days of summer, when the sweat drips off your brow and the sun casts long shadows, sometimes we feel as though we are wanderers in the desert. Our eyes sunken, throats parched, we stagger further into arid desolation, pawing at the ground for a morsel, a drop. But we divine not for food nor drink, we sift for that which diverts. We plead for something good to watch!

An answer: “Fathom the depths of our catalog and splendor in the rich fruits of thy cinematographer’s steady hand. Wrench yourself free from the manacles of lassitude and drink heavily from the fountain of content bestowed.”

July is National Anti-Boredom Month! For your viewing pleasure, the Media Factory presents a selection of interesting and amusing works crafted by your community to help beat the boredom during the long days of July. Enjoy!

Anti-Boredom content can be watched on the Media Factory OTT & mobile apps including on Roku, Apple TV & Amazon FireTV and for iOS & Android Mobile.
